Manufacturer & Exporter of Carbon Steel Castings

Carbon Steel Castings
We manufacture premium quality Carbon Steel Casting that is widely used in different industries. The Carbon Low Alloy Steel Casting is manufactured using the latest technology which makes it perfect for surface hardening. The British standards are properly followed in the manufacturing process so as to ensure high standard of quality. Besides a manufacturer, we are among the prominent Carbon Metal Casting Suppliers based in India.

Cast, low carbon steels contain mainly carbon as the principal alloying element. Other elements are present in small quantities, including those added for de-oxidation. They are produced to a great variety of properties because composition and heat treatment can be selected to achieve specific combinations of properties, including hardness, strength, ductility, fatigue resistance, and toughness.

Applications :
hydroelectric turbine wheels, forging presses, gears, railroad truck frames, valve bodies, pump casings, mining machinery, marine equipment, turbocharger turbines and engine cylinder blocks.

Manufacturing Capacity : From 10 kgs. to 1 Ton Single PC.

1. For each reduction of 0.01 percent carbon below 0.25 percent, an increase of 0.04 percent manganese above the maximum specified will be permitted up to a maximum of 1.40 percent for grade 280-520 W.
2. The total content of these elements shall not exceed 1.00 percent in case of grades with suffix W.
